What will I be doing?
- Assists in leading daily operations of the pool facility, leads personnel functions such as orientation, training, scheduling, rotations, and recognition of lifeguards.
- Maintains a positive, collaborative work environment between staff and management. Ensures team understand performance standards, uniforms and appearance standards.
- Provides emergency care/treatment, as needed. Responds to any level of incident or emergency around the pool areas and the facility. Above all, the safety of our owners/guests is of the highest importance in this safety sensitive position.
- Oversees and directs all activities at the pool/pool deck areas. Resolves any problems arising, reports any unresolved problems.
- Routinely inspects area to ensure cleanliness, equipment is in good working condition. Performs various maintenance duties, proves that all logs are up to date and accurate.
- May be required to do other duties; willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate..
