Responsibilities
The Lead Learning Experience Designer performs duties associated with the oversight of the Institute's learning projects. The Lead Learning Experience Designer works closely with the Assistant Director of ALIGN and the Assistant Director of Professional Development and Worker Wellbeing R&E to ensure effective and collaborative programmatic practice are achieved. Provides work progress reports for learning project development, maintains learning project records, and communicated with stakeholder to promote collaboration and accountability.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the learning projects.
- Provides quality control of the learning projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build Learning Experiences.
- Oversight of the Institute's LMS (ALIGN Learning Portal) and application system (Survey Monkey Apply).
- Manages the learning projects team.
Qualifications
Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education or other appropriate degree and two years of experience.
- Experience with course authoring tools.
- Experience with learning management systems.
- Experience with interfacing with stakeholders.
- Experience managing a team.

Anticipated Salary Range
Anticipated salary is mid $50,000's, commensurate with education and experience.
