Lead Landscape Technician

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project.

• Assist in training and mentoring new technicians, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their growth within the company.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in landscaping techniques, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation, such as work orders, inventory records, and time sheets accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping or a related field is strongly preferred.
