Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Full-Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Java and related technologies. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and driving the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based web applications.
• rchitect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical specifications.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards through automated testing and code reviews.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Maven.
• Experience developing front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and lead a team of developers.
