About the role
codeCampus is seeking to hire and train a Lead Instructor in the Lynwood area for Spring 2024 and beyond. As a Lead Instructor, you will:
- Work with site staff at our partner schools in the area
- Lead STEAM lessons for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum
- Teach students in grades TK - 5th
This role is great for early-career educators and seasoned educators alike. Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:
- Available to start training immediately (paid), and to start instructing immediately
- Availabilty to work from April 2024 and beyond
- Available 5 days a week, M-F 3-6pm PST
- Experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willing to go through our professional development training program
