Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for 0-12 month-old children
- Provide early intervention and support for children with special needs
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for Infants in a daycare setting
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through engaging classroom activities
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the childcare facility
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for Infants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in-person and through parent app.)
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Certification or degree in early childhood education is preferred
