Helping U Homecare, Inc., is seeking an experienced LEAD bilingual Home Care Coordinatorfor our Manhattan Office. If you are committed to customer satisfaction, and looking to be a part of a highly supportive and motivated team this is the position for you!
As the applicant you must have coordination experience in a LCHSA and some common knowledge working with HHA Exchange database or similar staffing database experience.
- Responsible for the daily coordination of home health aide placement, confirm coverage for new cases and confirm replacements for sick/emergency calls outs/no show no calls
- Communicate all updates to the client/family members
- Communicate all updates to the contract/insurance companies
- Commuincate all clinical updates to clinical team
- Dashboard maintenance: monitor HHA Exchange to confirm daily missed visits and weekly pre-billing updates.
- Calling PCAs for when missing timesheets
- Responsible for completing Incident/updates reports
- Document all notes in HHA exchange
- Responsible for on call coverage to ensure Home Health Aide placement
