Burn Boot Camp is looking for a full-time Lead Trainer who will thrive in an environment where they are able to influence not only the lives of our members and teammates, but also the direction of the company! As a Burn Boot Camp Lead Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels, while leading a team of trainers to execute the standards of Burn Boot Camp training. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at one time, providing form correction and modifications to all in a positive and encouraging way. The Lead Trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), and creates an environment of support to exceed our clients’ expectations.
The Lead Trainer will also be responsible for supporting growth of the member base, and promoting additional revenue streams and system wide challenges to diversify revenue. Our Lead Trainer leads with appreciation, passion and excitement, and is the driving force in providing a positive community for change, as well as growth for the business.
Qualifications
Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science or Kinesiology degree required
•CPR/AED certified
•Minimum 1 years experience in personal training or coaching Group Fitness with no gap in experience
•Ability to work and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds
•Strong communication skills and comfort performing on a mic
•Ability to work within and drive a team environment
•Positive attitude, energetic, highly motivated, and fun
•Must be coachable and willing to complete the initial 15 hours of online training followed by 1 week of in person training with Burn Boot Camp Corporate leaders
•Train within the Burn Boot Camp guidelines
•Must be able to give clear instruction, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals

•A dedication to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality, and professional standards for best practice
Ability to pass the Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning Test (SAC)
Responsibilities
•Deliver dynamic and challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels, while leading a team of trainers to execute the standards of Burn Boot Camp training
•Strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at one time, providing form correction and modifications to all in a positive and encouraging way
•Focus on lifestyle, including: mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), and create an environment of support to exceed our clients’ expectations
•Train approximately 20-25 camps per week - Lead, motivate, and modify for clients of all fitness levels through intense and safe training sessions
•Lead a team– Uphold the high standards of Burn Boot Camp within your training team through consistent team training and development
•Facilitate and execute consistent training sessions with the training team to ensure constant growth and progression
•Understand the needs and goals of the business and influence the gym to hit targets
•Nutrition consultations- Facilitate client success, tracking, uphold client attendance and accountability
•Excellent customer service— Add more value to our members by providing genuine interaction, empathetic engagement, and consistent devotion to your goals and theirs!
•Knowledge— Possess the skills and ability to conduct and communicate safe and effective exercises for clients of all backgrounds and experience levels
•Facility management— Assist with maintaining studio standards of equipment
•Be a resource for marketing efforts that require a training presence
•Utilize a combination of the Burn Boot Camp sales approach and your personality to drive membership growth
