Responsibilities
- Champion good software design, processes and clean code
- Take part in architectural design, incorporating solid object oriented design principles and patterns
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and fellow developers to solve problems and document solutions
- Design and implement applications, services and integrations
- Mentor and lead a team of developers
- Author APIs & API clients
- Enhance and/or migrate existing applications and services
- Promote continuous improvement of toolsets and practices
- Conduct code reviews
- Create and maintain automated builds and releases
- Provide occasional off-hours support for releases
- Adhere to policies and controls, and commit to the protection of company and customer information

- Dynamics 365 – plugins, actions, workflows, solutions, Power Apps, CDS
Proficiencies and Experience
- Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience leading/mentoring a team of developers.
- BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related field is preferred
- 3 -4 years experience as a programmer in a hardware/software environment similar to DHIFS
- Strong software design and programming ability
- Good planning, problem solving, analytical, people and communication skills required
- CRM Dynamics, Ellie Mae Encompass, or Softpro experience is a plus
