EVENTS BY RHC IS SEEKING A LEAD EVENT CHEF

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, execute and supervise all weekly breakfast and lunch menus
• Detail menus, quantify in CaterXpert and notate allergens as required by client up to one month in advance
• Coordinate daily order guides with Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef
• Prepare and supervise daily and weekly schedules
• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
• Produce breakfast and lunch stations and Grab and Go items in a manner that meets our high standards of both design and taste
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Support the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
