EVENTS BY RHC IS SEEKING A LEAD EVENT CHEF
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, execute and supervise all weekly breakfast and lunch menus
- Detail menus, quantify in CaterXpert and notate allergens as required by client up to one month in advance
- Coordinate daily order guides with Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef
- Prepare and supervise daily and weekly schedules
- Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
- Produce breakfast and lunch stations and Grab and Go items in a manner that meets our high standards of both design and taste
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Support the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
