The Lead DSO shall have practical experience in bulk fuel distribution systems operations. The DSO shall be able to perform receipt, issue, storage, spill cleanup, preventative maintenance scheduling, hazardous waste, and petroleum quality surveillance operations. Must have a current CDL with tanker & hazmat endorsements.
Assistant Terminal Manager -
The Lead DSO will have collateral duties as Assistant Terminal Manager to fill in for the Terminal Manager when needed. Two years of supervisory experience must be gained within five years immediately prior to the hire date. Supervisory experience must be in bulk storage mobile fuel servicing, emphasizing operations, equipment maintenance, and environmental compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Must be able to obtain/maintain all security requirements to work on contract, including but not limited to Criminal background check, Police Report, U.S. Government background investigation, and applicable base access requirements.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must safely ascend and descend above-ground tanks over 100’ in height.
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours support as needed.
Should have basic mechanical knowledge (Change tire, check/add Oil, etc.)
Must be able to physically maneuver a 20-foot fuel hose and nozzle weighing 60 pounds to connect and refill the fuel truck.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of two years experience in operating fuel bulk storage and distribution systems and equipment.
Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Position of Trust.
Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) with HAZMAT and tank truck endorsements.
Must possess a current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Certification card.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours support as needed.
