This role has the following day-to-day responsibilities:

• Hours: (40 Hours +) weekend, overnight or overtime may be required or requested, hours may be adjusted as needed by the business;
• Answer the phone and email for incoming ground transportation reservations and requests;
• Book and maintain transportation/roadshow/event/conference reservations;
• Act as a Lead Dispatcher and "first string" lead for the QC (Quality Control) efforts for assigned reservations daily on a global basis;
• Track each reservation from beginning to end and track each driver's movements ensuring on-time arrival, accuracy and complete customer satisfaction - knowledge of or being comfortable with global geography is required;
• Close out each reservation when completed and price & process the transaction for billing and final "closure";
• Act as the “point person” for dispatch, ensuring a transparent relationship between Bespoke & employees and global partners;
• Ability to easily learn our reservations software (it’s easy!);
• Delight clients with punctuality, accuracy, honesty and great spoken as well as written grammar;
• With attention to detail and accuracy, return a schedule and/or driver details our clients ASAP, as directed and requested;
• Ability to tailor dispatch movements to client specifications/historical preferences;
• Follow-up as necessary and respond quickly as client needs and requests and/or conditions on the ground change;
• Ability to multi-task and act quickly on changing information without losing your cool;
• Ability to communicate schedules/details as required;
• Ability to work in a flexible and adaptable environment where the client WILL ALWAYS come first

Job Requirements:

• Confidentiality & discretion—ability to keep clients, schedule details and functions private and confidential;
• Attention to detail in managing reservations, ability to have attention to detail with changing schedules;
• Ability to multi-task, act quickly and “think on your feet;"
• Ability to perform several tasks at once – and to do so quickly;
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills;
• Ability to work with and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Skype and Outlook;
• Prior experience in a dispatch-related role and experience at a premier or global ground transportation company a requirement.
• 7-10 years prior luxury ground transportation dispatch experience required
