As a Transactions Specialist IVTeam Lead in the Dispatch and Verify department of our Coppell warehouse, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing lower level specialist to ensure smooth daily operations. Tasks will include troubleshooting problems for lower level specialists, communicating daily huddles from upper management to team, and general warehouse duties such as preparing outgoing mail and receiving inbound supplies.
Job responsibilities
- Move pallets of mail from production to shipping area, utilizing pallet jack equipment
- Work with all mail couriers and their deadlines, while Offering clients the following services: First Class Mail presentment, Standard Class Mail presentment, E-certified Mail presentment, United States Postal Services (USPS) Express and USPS International Express Mail presentment, Fed Ex Letter/Packages/Freight presentment, United Postal Service (UPS) Letter/Packages/Freight presentment, and Track One and Inner Office mail presentment
- Interoffice mail preparation and daily metering of mail
- Data reconciliation and entry of production tickets of all files received daily and meeting client service level agreements
- Communicate tasks from upper management to ensure smooth daily operations, Partner with project teams, project managers, and remediation teams to assist/advise as to new product processing/testing
- Trouble shoot problems for any lower level specialist
- Complete order requests for materials to support the production floor
- Load and unload materials utilizing automated forklift machinery
- Daily scanning entry, reconciliation and inspection of all incoming materials
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal) with prior leadership experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Possess excellent Problem solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200 lbs. supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts
- Must be able to work overtime, as production demands
- Must be able to stand/walk for an 8 to 10 hour shift
- Must be able to meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards
- Must be able to adapt to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to: daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operating procedures, and new technology
- Must be team-oriented, with solid interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain daily positive internal and external interactions, building upon team-driven success
- Able to prioritize assigned work daily based on client Service Level Agreements
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm - 9:00pm
