Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Digital Software Engineerfor Intelligent Solutions Group located in Urbandale, IA, or Chicago, IL, you will...
- Participate in functional requirement analysis and design to drive improvements to activation and tool solutions.
- Operate in a scrum team environment on varying projects with direction from a project lead.
- Analyze high complexity requests to help in formulating plans for execution with minimal supervision.

What Skills You Need
- 8 or more years of Software Engineering experience
- Strong leadership skills and takes initiative to proactively solve issues.
- Experience in Digital Software Development:
- 3 or more years of experience in , JavaScript and UI frameworks experience.
- 3 or more years of experience in developing cloud native serverless technologies in AWS using API Gateway, Lambda, S3, Cloudfront, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, IAM, Cloudwatch, Route53
- Deep experience in Infrastructure As Code using Terraform/AWS Cloudformation
- Demonstrated capability performing in an engineering team environment and interfacing with engineers and personnel of other disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of TDD, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience that demonstrates you are a self-starter, and able to work well without close direction.
What Makes You Stand Out
- AWS Certification or 3 years of equivalent AWS experience
- Experience in Embedded Software Development:
- Experience working with resources from multiple functional areas.
- Advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering, Science or Technology related discipline
