Darby Creek Trading is searching for a new Lead Floral Production Designer. In this role you will work closely with our Chief Creative to execute his plan for new seasonal collections. You will also design your own collections as well as lead a team of floral designers.
Experience in floral design, retail, people management, events, fashion, or other creative endeavors is essential.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Darby Creek Trading offers a unique work environment, M-F 9-5, no weekends, although OT is necessary at times during peak seasons.
We also offer health insurance, 5 paid holidays plus 5 vacation days, a 401k with company match and profit sharing.
Travel to Market is required for 2-3 days in January & July.
