Job Summary
CenterPoint Energy is looking for aLead Cybersecurity Analyst, Identity Access Managementto join our Cybersecurity Team, located in Houston, TX.
You will have the ability to: be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and administration of security for Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams in support of the following applications: AD, Azure, SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Oracle, SQL, Unix, SAP R/3 and SAP Hana. This function is also responsible for monitoring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act and IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Essential Functions

• Testing and managing completion of monthly/quarterly/annually SOX controls.
• Comply with all internal and regulated controls.
• Maintain and assign pre-authorized user accounts across all SAP instances and clients. including passwords, pre-defined profiles, authorizations, and activity groups.
• Facilitate security requirements between SAP user community, configuration and programming teams, and SAP R/3 Security Administration.
• Research, evaluate and implement new IAM security products, procedures, and methods.
• Develop, implement, and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) configuration in SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Develop and administer information security rules and authorizations across all IAM applications.
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow IAM ques to ensure requests are completed timely.
• Foundational knowledge on CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Azure AD.
• Provide support and assistance during internal and external audits.
• Investigate misuse of computer resources.
• Provide business continuance support.
• Provide 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends.

Education Description

• Requires a bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.

Experience

• Minimum of three years' experience in SAP R3 security including experience with Business Warehouse, ECC 6.0, and SAP GRC.
• Minimum of two years' experience with SailPoint Identity IQ administration.
• Minimum of two years' experience in leading a team with different skill sets.
