The Lead Specialist of Learning and Development will support the L&D offerings within ReSource Pro for all employees. This role will oversee vendor relations, L&D curriculums and organize growth paths for various positions across the organization. This position ensures employee satisfaction and delivers an experience that aligns with ReSource Pro’s “Be Your Best Self” value.
In 6 months you will...
- Support the day-to-day learning and development operations within LMS.
- Lead the administration of the learning management system, and element support- including Docebo.
- Develop and execute unique technical and soft skills training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance L&D processes, tools, and methodologies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on emerging trends in Corporate Learning and development.
- Leverages experience and instructional design expertise to consult and collaborate, as a trusted business partner, with leaders & internal stakeholders to identify, scope, create and deliver learning solutions that help address business challenges and performance gaps. Design, build, and implement learning solutions to meet those needs.
- Evaluate and understand competencies, ability to define competencies and match competencies to roles and development needs.
- Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Leadership/Organizational Management or Related
- 7-10 years in HR, Leadership Development, or Instructional Design
- 5+ years leading or administrating corporate training programs.
- Curriculum creation experience preferred.
- Leadership Coaching preferred.
- Excellent communication and ability to present to all levels of individuals through the organization, including leadership, stakeholders and executives.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $52,010-$98,456. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
