Lead Civil EngineerSite Development - Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Civil Engineering projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft innovative Site Development solutions
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely project completion
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled Civil Engineers and CAD technicians
• Cultivate client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates

Lead Civil Engineer - Qualifications:

• PE license in New Mexico (or ability to acquire within 3 months) with a minimum of 4 years of PE experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in Site Development, including expertise in entitlement processes and construction fieldwork (previous field experience required)
• Proficiency in Civil3D, StormCAD, FlowMaster, WaterCAD, and AutoTurn
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of engineers, designers, and technicians
• Exceptional attention to detail, superior time management skills, and the ability to work independently
