Lead Caregivers and DSP are first-line supervisors and support clients as well as other staff working the client's home. Your goal is to ensure that all activities are performed as expected. A lead usually oversees 1-2 homes with a total of 5-6 clients.

CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS/SHIFTS:
- Mon-Friday 8am to 4pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Orient new staff at the house
- Create the schedule for your house
- Organize quarterly meetings for your house
- Schedule and coordinate or take your clients to outings
- Coordinate appointments
- Manage client funds
- Keep track of your staff credentials
- Ensure the home is safe to live in
- Prior experience as a CNA, HCA, or DSP, is required
- Assertiveness
- Ability to interpret the clients provided plan of care
- Valid drivers license and transportation
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
- Prior experience with senior care and individuals with disabilities is desired and not required
