We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive behavioral services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing individualized instruction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring progress, providing feedback to clients and their families, and working with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate BCBA interview process by interviewing BCBAs and providing recommendation to corporate.
- Conduct BCBA orientation for new hires 2x per month
- Create, disseminate, and train on policies and procedures
- Participate and run monthly leadership meeting
- Serve as primary contact for BCBAs and RBTs to resolve any issues and complete necessary write ups. Meet with BCBAs as needed.
- Complete performance evaluations of BCBAs
- Manage a small caseload of clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
