What you will do:
As our Lead Analyst, HR Data Insights, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the data that informs Stryker's Global HR Strategy. The Lead Analyst will analyze data from various sources and provide actionable insights that will bring value to HR leadership or the business.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Identify and solve HR organizational challenges and empower decisions using data and the resulting actionable insights.
- Communicate findings effectively using compelling storytelling to articulate and advocate the business case.
- Leverage current data reporting and analysis from various HR sources to understand current state of Stryker's HR processes and performance.
- Leverage current state reporting to make recommendations for future enhancements and partner with HR Leaders to build business-case presentations.
- Collaborate with the HR Systems and Reporting team to develop, articulate, refine, and monitor HR metrics and dashboard specifications. This collaboration aims to yield tangible outcomes and offer valuable insights to assist the organization in interpreting evolving trends.
- Use advanced statistics and tools to ensure analytics are valid, meaningful, rigorous and provide actionable and comprehensive insights.
- Partner with HR Leaders and Business Partners to help them answer strategic questions, make insightful data driven business decisions, and properly design new initiatives.
- Explore data sets to pull out newsworthy and relevant metrics for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries.
- Drive data integrity through accountability, process design, training, and technology.
- Adhoc projects depending on business needs.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Master's in data management/analytics-related field preferred.
- Must have 4+ years in HR Data and Analytics-related work including interpreting data, analyzing results, and preparing findings in business cases or similar formats.
- Extensive experience in various modules of HR, including but not limited to HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll, with a strong emphasis on in-depth data expertise.
- Proven ability to drive programs, lead people through change, and meet deliverables in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building strong and influential relationships at all levels within an organization, problem-solving and proactive service orientation.
- Require strong consultative skills.
- Must have demonstrated experience managing large data sets, including knowledge of data cleaning, recoding, weighting, linking, and aggregating for analysis.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced statistics tools. Data query language is a plus (SQL)
- Experience in Workday Reporting, PRISM, and People Analytics a plus as is PowerBi, Tableau etc.
- Strong written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- $83,000- $170,000salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
