Job DescriptionDesign and customize data capture templates for mail survey materials.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design templates for mail survey data extraction
- Use survey design software to create document definitions
- Acquire necessary information from internal database
- Perform quality checks on document definitions
- Work with other teams to standardized mail survey layouts
- Help create and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Maintain accurate files used to manage work and report team performance
Qualifications
- Work independently and with others as part of a team
- Operate within established routines and standing operating procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Work with minimal supervision
- Results driven
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
