Job Description

Design and customize data capture templates for mail survey materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design templates for mail survey data extraction
• Use survey design software to create document definitions
• Acquire necessary information from internal database
• Perform quality checks on document definitions
• Work with other teams to standardized mail survey layouts
• Help create and maintain process documentation and training materials
• Maintain accurate files used to manage work and report team performance

 

Qualifications

• Work independently and with others as part of a team
• Operate within established routines and standing operating procedures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments
• Work with minimal supervision
• Results driven
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
