Lawn Care Specialist Job Duties:
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Perform spring and fall clean ups including dethatching, aeration, leaf clean ups and hedging
- Identify lawn issues and communicate with a supervisor
- Utilize power tools and commercial lawn equipment effectively and safely for various lawn maintenance tasks
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment used in Lawn Care operations
- Engage in groundskeeping duties to ensure the overall appearance of the property
- Provide excellent customer service and treat each customer courteously
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Lawn Care is preferred but not required, on the job training will be provided
- Proficiency in operating power tools commonly used in Lawn Care
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
