Parking Lot Sweeping, Commercial Landscaping and Property Maintenance
Looking for responsible and motivated individuals to fill full time and part time positions.
Sweeper Truck Operator
Will operate a Truck with tow behind sweeper and Backpack Blower for parking lot cleaning. No experience necessary. You are required to to show up to work on time and to do manual labor including getting in and out of truck picking up trash, changing bags in cans, etc. Must be in good physical shape and working outside in all kinds of weather.
Commercial Landscaping
Commercial Lawn Maintenance Company looking to hire EXPERIENCED PEOPLE ONLY to start ASAP!! Must know how to weed eat and blow. Fast paced environment. A Current and Valid NC drivers license is a must! We are looking for team members who knows how to apply mulch, apply pine straw, edging, weeding, trim hedges, use a blower, string trimmer and zero turn mower, etc. Must have experience in commercial landscaping, reliable transportation, be responsible and on-time! Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Property Maintenance
Performs various community maintenance functions including but not limited to: Light bulb changes, Lock repairs/changes, repair windows, caulking, Painting, Light Electrical and plumbing, tile, carpet, flooring repairs, inspects and coordinates all make-ready repairs and services, assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter, performs on-call emergency service as requested, completes all service requests within 24 hours, unless the request requires parts or labor, must have the ability to select appropriate materials for the property as needed, records activities in maintenance log, responsible for maintaining other logs (HVAC, preventative maintenance, etc.), is punctual and present at work when scheduled, etc. Flexible with the work schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays.
Requirements:
Must have a valid and clean driver's license at least 3 years active
Must pass a DMV and criminal background check
Random drug testing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
