Join Britescape, a leading company in the Landscape Lighting industry, as a Landscape Lighting Technician. This role is an integral part of our Landscape Lighting Team, where you will be primarily responsible for the manual labor involved in Landscape Lighting installations. You will have the opportunity to be trained in all tasks of low voltage Landscape Lighting installation and maintenance, and earn hours toward an 06 Electrical Certification. As a representative of Britescape, you will work closely with our Lighting Crew Members and Lead Landscape Lighting Technician to ensure our services meet client expectations and uphold our high standards.
Responsibilities- Perform manual labor for Landscape Lighting installations, including digging trenches and laying wire.
- Communicate proactively with Lead Lighting Technician and Landscape Lighting Division Manager to ensure high quality and service expectations are met.
- Develop positive relationships with all clients and address all situations with a positive attitude.
- Proactively problem solve situations with fellow Crew Members and clientele.
- Act as a trusted representative of Britescape and the Landscape Lighting Team.
- Arrive to our shop on time, daily (6:45am-2:45pm)
- Ability to troubleshoot electricity, diagnose problems and resolve issues (training provided).
- Ability to read property drawings and system plans (training provided).
- Experience in running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape, lawn and hardscape areas.
- Experience in mounting transformers and connecting wire runs.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and ordinances during installation and repair.
- Experience in 12V/120V wiring is a plus.
- 06 Certification is a plus and will provide opportunity for advancement.
The pay range for this position is $22-25 per hour, depending on experience.
