Reelvest Properties is a leading land investment company focusing on short-term land investment opportunities across the United States. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are in search of an experienced Land Evaluation Specialist to join our team and contribute to our rapidly expanding business.
Role Summary:
As a Land Evaluation Specialist, you will lead the evaluation of potential land deals, utilizing your analytical skills to determine the potential market value of all leads. This position is Ideal For someone with a strong analytical mindset and experience in comping rural and infill lots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Evaluation: Determine the anticipated resale value and viability of property leads that come into our system.
- Guidance to Acquisition Team: Provide approved purchase prices and negotiation points to our Acquisition Managers, who are in direct contact with property owners.
- Evaluate Potential Land Investment Projects: Conduct initial evaluations of potential projects, such as lot splits and other value-add strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in Land Evaluation.
- A Real Estate license is not required; however, this role may be perfect for an experienced land-focused Real Estate agent or broker.
Position: Full-Time, Remote
Compensation:
- Salary: $25.00 per hour
- Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST, with some potential flexibility.
