Duties: Performs a wide variety of tasks to assist in the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges, grading and maintaining rights of way, construction and installation of road signs, and assisting in the herbicide program of the county. Collects refuse on designated route and dumps refuse onto truck. Packs garbage according to established procedures. Directs truck driver when backing, and assists with vehicle maintenance.
Qualification: Ability to perform strenuous tasks involved in road and bridge construction and maintenance in an outside environment. Construction experience preferred. Ability to lift and load refuse from homes and businesses
