Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Accessioners/ Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our laboratory operations, contributing to accurate patient diagnoses and high-quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phlebotomy license is required.
- Accessioners skills.
- Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and processing of specimens.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Adhere to quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Document all procedures, results, and observations accurately in accordance with laboratory protocols.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure efficient workflow and timely reporting of results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in medical laboratory technology.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field is optional.
- Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and specimen handling.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work as required.

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
