Primary responsibilities include reviewing and reporting Labor data analyzed within the sap system. Responsibility to provide support in data reporting to Operations ensuring goals of the organization.
Job Duties:
- Review and analyze labor hour reporting by production line.
- Reconcile employee labor hours between SAP and Dayforce on a daily basis.
- Analyze and monitor production line performances.
- Assist production management with assessment of "continuous improvement" projects and processes.
- Measure and report progress toward planned goals.
- Assist Controller, Plant and Business Unit Mangers in SAP labor Data and research.
- Special projects as determined by the Operations Manager
- Other duties as identified or assigned.
Specific Reporting Requirements:
- Daily labor reporting
- Weekly material usage reports
- Weekly KPI reporting
- Monthly KPI statistics
Required Competencies & Knowledge:
Knowledge of:
- Knowledge and experience with SAP
- MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing setting.
Skills in:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good motivational and people skills.
- Basic computer skills: Work, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to:
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Work flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of a 24/7 operation.
- Positive attitude, exemplary leadership ability and able to handle conflict resolution with varying personalities.
- Must be able to multi-task and produce immediate results.
- Self-motivated and able to make sound business decisions.
