Position: Labor and Employment Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, California

Position Overview:
As a Labor and Employment Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients in Labor and Employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and employee benefits.
• Conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients and representing them in mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
• Counseling clients on compliance with federal and state Labor and Employment laws and regulations, including drafting employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
• Building and maintaining client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and exemplary client service.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing Labor and Employment law in California.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state Labor and Employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
