Job Description:

As a Lab Technician at Tess Oral Health, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of our dental products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. You will work closely with our team of scientists, engineers, and designers to create innovative solutions that will improve the oral health of our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and experiments on dental products, including toothpaste and mouthwash, to ensure quality control and product effectiveness.

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from lab tests to provide insights and recommendations for product improvement and development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and market demands.

- Operate and maintain lab equipment, keeping track of inventory and making sure supplies are stocked.

- Conduct research on new dental care ingredients and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.

- Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.

- Understanding of scientific principles and lab techniques.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and lab software.

Salary Range: $35000 to $48000
