Job Function/Description:
- Provide support to sales staff and the management team.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operation reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operation teams to gather results, adjusting data from internal and external sources.
- Request Rate to pricing team using internal system (Cello)
- P/L report Simulation (Excel & Cello)
- Analyze operational results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the operation team.
- Ensure timely processing of daily emails, resolution of open issues, and effective communication with customers.
- Recommend necessary changes in current processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor trends and promptly report changes to management for necessary actions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: College BA
- Entry level or less than 5 years of planning or sales support experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word
- Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean)
- Able to engage and work directly with customers
- Problem solver mindset
- Self-motivated
- Organized
