Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives
  • Process business cycle end-to-end on the system from confirming a contract to closing a project
  • Recognize contracts and sales through SAP & SalesForce.com
  • Issue purchase order to a vendor and manage delivery schedule
  • Responsible as a system PM to manage vendor payments (AP), delivery inspections, and credit memo administration
  • Issue customer billings to a customer and manage AR
  • Responsible as a system PM to check sales tax and billing plans in prior customer billing
  • Act as a liaison and collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and CFO office to implement and execute projects
  • Respond to financial audit requests from the CFO office.
  • Responsible for various finance team’s report to manage each projects’ risk
  • Review contracts and complete legal review through the legal team
  • Manage revenue and profit recognition to meet revenue goals each month

Competency criteria
  • Requires excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments, and upper management
  • Must have a proactive personality and responsibility, as well as good customer service skills
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline reporting
  • Maintain SalesForce.com, SAP, and other sales tools with accuracy
  • Work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must have high proficiency in Excel
