Job Description
- Document preparation prior to a contract process
- Issue the quotations to the clients
- Give a guideline regarding a contract process
- Review/Draft the contracts
- Support inbound contracts depending on the business environment
- Communicate with the vendors/clients/service teams/Legal/finance/AR
- Archive/Share the executed contracts
- Notify the contract completion to the client/service teams
- Register the payment plan to the internal system and communicate with AR for accurate invoicing
- Backup preparation for invoicing
- Preparation of invoice/resource reports for the clients
- Preparation of internal budget/contract status reports
- Support communication btw AR and customer AP in case of payment issues
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience in a litigation environment is ideal.
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Communication skills - written, presentation skills, etc.
- Candidate must have the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Managing internal tasks and reporting to relevant member(s)
- Strong problem-finding skills
- Ability to multi-task and deliver work under tight deadlines is essential
- Korean/English Bilingual (Speak, Read and Write)
