A senior level experienced ITSM (IT Service Management) consultant for our End User Services department to enhance and improve enterprise IT solutions. This role will drive exceptional IT support to our team and stakeholders, managing service provider relationships and fostering IT collaboration. Strategically, this candidate will champion the CMDB's development, liaise with leadership for IT Asset Management, and ensure accurate asset tracking. Operationally, the role demands adherence to our methodology, optimization of ITSM processes, and management of our service catalog, aligning with business aims. Collaborations with external vendors will optimize operations, with accountability standards set high for our internal teams.
- Minimum 6+ years in IT, focusing on IT Service Management and End User Technologies.
- Minimum 6+ years managerial experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow's ITSM product. Experience in enterprise CMDB or Asset
- management. Highly skilled in the areas of Configuration Management, IT Asset Management,
- translating data into narratives, and comprehensive IT industry knowledge.
