Job Description:
- Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, putting stock away
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots pans, equipment
- Maintains dishwashing area and three compartment sink
- Adheres to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- May assist with some light food prep for the cafe and catering services
