Position Overview
In your position as a Cook, you will be responsible for possessing an in depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high degree of efficiency. You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and organized and compile the orders correctly to be sent out the guests. The goal of your position is to strive to only send out correct orders and to work at a purposeful pace keeping high quality and excellence in mind.

Expectations/Benchmarks
- Running successful shifts including hitting the targeted ticket times.
- Knowledge of all menu items
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all food safety and handling procedures
- Provides quality food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Reports to: Kitchen Lead
Probationary Period Your first 90 days will be a probationary period. You are an At-Will employee and the company or you, may terminate your employment for any reason during this time period.
Training: We will provide you with a written training manual outlining all aspects of your job and a training outline. This will be a logical progression of training so that all aspects of your position are covered. We will work with you daily to make sure you are properly indoctrinated with our processes, procedures, and the fundamental workings of our company.
Compensation: Your position description and compensation plan may be changed at management’s discretion to support business objectives. Any changes will be communicated prior to a new payroll period starting. A payroll period is a two-week period that the company pays on every other Friday.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
