Kitchen Staff/Cook/All BOH

Hiring all kitchen/back of house staff - we need cooks, chefs, prep/dishwashing etc. Hiring right away for new casual bar and grill opening this month in Carson City.

3yrs+ experience preferred.

```Duties```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the planning and development of menus
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
