```Duties:```
- Prepare gummies according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines and ensure that others are as well
- Ensure that company SOPs are being followed during the demolding and sugar coating processes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist with packaging as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in both the food (preferably in baking or pastry) and cannabis industries are preferred, but not required.
- Previous supervision and training experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Nevada Cannabis Production Agent Card and OSHA 10 are required before hire
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
