As a Kitchen Staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items for our customers while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will work closely with our team to ensure our customers have a positive dining experience.
Essential Functions
- Prepare food items such as pizzas, chips, and cookies according to established procedures.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times, including all equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and equipment deliveries.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens.
- Help with daily and weekly kitchen inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Assist with menu development and special promotions.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.
Competencies or Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate a computer and other productive office equipment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Education Requirements
