As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring that our customers have the insurance coverage they need. You will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products, providing expert advice, and building lasting relationships with clients. You must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques.
Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Educate clients on the different insurance products and coverage options available.
- Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments to understand the unique requirements of each client.
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, recommending the most suitable coverage.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy changes, renewals, and claims assistance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations OR Two years of customer service experience.
- Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment. We will pay for and help the right candidate get licensed!
