Company DescriptionQualifications for Cabinets Den:
- Possess three or more years of cabinet design experience with proficiency in 20/20 software
- Demonstrate a track record of successful project completions
- Familiarity with specifying decorative plumbing and hard surface products
- Strong communication and follow-up skills for effective customer management and sales closure
- Established sales performance and the ability to foster new customer relationships
- Ability to commute reliably to Phoenix, AZ 85006 or willingness to relocate
Responsibilities at Cabinets Den:
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings in the Cabinets Den catalog.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Guide customers through all project phases, from planning to installation
- Focus on nurturing trade accounts to drive recurring Sales and future growth
- Qualify and understand customer needs to deliver tailored service
- Maintain showroom coverage, handling both trade accounts and walk-in customers
- Collaborate with the store manager to establish personal sales goals and lead generation strategies.
- Provide personalized customer experiences for remodeling and new construction projects
- Efficiently create clear work orders and oversee installations, ensuring seamless project completion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with trade professionals and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Fulfill routine store maintenance duties.
- Assist in the loading or unloading of products, with tasks varying based on store requirements.
Benefits at Cabinets Den:
- Base salary of $40,000 plus commission on gross sales, with the potential to earn up to $100,000 annually
- Hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00
- Paid Holidays: We offer 6 company paid holidays.
