Hiring: Kitchen Manager & Restaurant Manager, Full-Service (Scratch Kitchen)
Location: Savannah, GA
Pay: up to $55k-$65k + Bonus
What we require:
· 5+ years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager in Full-Service Restaurant (scratch kitchen)
· 2+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in Full-Service Restaurant
· Education: High school diploma or higher
· Associate degree or higher in Hospitality or Culinary Degree is a plus
About the job:
· Responsible for daily operations and staff
· Ensure that all controls are in place to minimize losses
· Deliver superior service to meet company standards
· Maintain sales growth, cost management and profit growth
· Ensure that all laws and legislative guidelines are being met
· Hire, manage, train and motivate Team Members
