Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up are growing at an exciting pace!
We are seeking a positive, resourceful, proactive, result- and growth-oriented Project Manager to help us build a Benevolent Business Empire (Purpose and Profits!) as a multi-territory, multi-brand franchisee in the home services space starting in our backyard of Atlanta and growing throughout the Southeast.
We have started a Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up franchisee business in the territories of Canton, Woodstock, and Cumming, Georgia, and we need your help to manage our kitchen and bath remodeling projects in our territories and future territories.

Position Title: Project Manager
Compensation:
  • All-in compensation of $65,000 to $90,000, including up to 20% in performance-based bonuses
  • Everyone at TAC Fran also has the opportunity to earn additional self-generated lead generation success fees

Qualifications:
  • At least five (5) years of onsite Project Management experience with kitchen and/or bath remodeling.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to envision and implement innovative solutions.
  • Residential remodeling or construction management experience preferred.
  • Effective at scheduling and multitasking.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients.

Ideal Candidates:
  • Are available to work full time, Monday-Friday.
  • Are available to occasionally work late or limited weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion.
  • Are well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.
  • Have an analytic mind and great organizational skills.
  • Are innovative and prefer working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.

Responsibilities of Project Manager:
You will report directly to the General Manager of Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up Canton Woodstock Cumming.
As our Project Manager on kitchen and bath remodeling projects, you would be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience for every customer and planning and supervising projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities would include:
  • Creating an exceptional customer experience and earn a 5-star Google review.
  • Over-communicating with customers and install team, including sending the customer a detailed schedule of their project one week prior to the start date.
  • Measuring at the job site to order project materials.
  • Ordering and coordinating the timely delivery of project materials.
  • Reviewing and approving supplier invoices.
  • Reviewing installation details and coordinate project timeline with our installers and subcontractors.
  • Managing our warehouse, including logging and labeling all incoming shipments and properly organizing them and ensuring all project materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation.
  • Arranging delivery of project materials to the jobsite and communicating timelines with customers.
  • Inspecting the completion of the project and forward feedback to the General Manager and other teammates.
  • Runing multiple jobsites efficiently and safely.
  • Creating and maintaining schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed.
  • Managing and coordinating the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our Customer Service Trustpoints, within the scope of the contract, within the budget, and compliant with codes and ordinances.
  • Conducting regular operations meetings involving:
    • Implementation of new programs or safety procedures;
    • Address procedure questions or concerns;
    • Recognition of excellent work performance of teammates; and
    • Incorporate team ideas and suggestions to continually elevate the experience provided to customers.

Location:
  • You would operate out of our Canton office located at 224 Brown Industrial Parkway, Suite 103B, Canton, GA 30114.
  • You would attend in-person (i) weekly meetings on Mondays, (ii) daily huddles on Tuesdays through Fridays, and (iii) coaching sessions, as needed.
