SalaryThe Fly Trap in Ferndale is looking for a new Kitchen Manager! We have a strong concept, and team- and we are looking for some leaders to really help us continue to grow! While there are owners- we work WITH you and listen TO YOU in regards to how the restaurants operate- we don't dictate from on high- this is a TEAM and FAMILY- everyone has a voice. We are looking for folks who don't mind working a couple nights (we are mostly a breakfast joint) and weekends as those are our busiest times, we are off most holidays (who wants to work holidays- giving up time with family for no sales seems silly.) We do work full time 45ish or so hours- so be prepared to hustle! We are also looking for someone who can bring us there ideas, and passions- we grow because we listen to our people. We expect you to treat everyone like family, and to provide each other with the same level of service we provide our guests. We also are very aggressive about diversity- we love people- for who they are- this is non-negotiable.
