Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including food preparation, production, and service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage shift rotations
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service management or kitchen management is required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
