LOCATION
This opportunity is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Yaphank.
COMPENSATION
Commission-based sales earnings program includes:
- Unlimited monthly commission earnings
- $800 per week commission advance w/ no deductions ever due back for negative balances
- $1,000 signing bonus paid at 90-days of employment
- Additional $4,000 signing bonus paid if written sales volume meets or exceeds minimum sales goal in the 90-day introductory period
- Written Quarterly Sales Bonus
- Manufacturer-direct bonus earnings on every sale
- Referral Earnings
POSITION DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and layout of kitchen remodeling projects
- Sales of cabinetry to homeowners and remodelers
- Management and follow-up of leads using CRM software
- Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Kitchen and bath design experience using 2020 design software
- Energetic with a passion for sales
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone and in web meetings
- Knowledge of Windows-based operating system and basic Internet functions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $120,000.00 per year
