Field Service Technician - Water & Mold Remediation - Gulf Coast

The Opportunity.  We are seeking Field Technicians who wants to learn a new trade, have great communication skills, are coachable, hardworking, and looking to build a career.  Hourly rate $17-20/hour depending on experience with bonus potential and 90-day probation period, then 5-6% automatic increase.  401(k) available after 6-months.

THIS POSITION HAS MASSIVE ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!! You will be getting in at the ground level for this region, so we are looking for people who can learn the business then move to Lead Technician and drive one of the company’s vans.  We will provide you with the training and support needed to guide your success.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform water and Mold Remediation services to All Dry corporate standards
• Perform demolition tasks, like drywall, cabinetry and flooring, as necessary to complete mitigation
• Communicate effectively with clients and customers about the status of jobs
• Document status of jobs and create accurate estimates with minimal errors
• Adhere to and enforce health and safety requirements (OSHA, PPE, fall protection, etc.)
• Maintain clean, fully stocked technician truck, equipment and tools
• Maintain a strict professional appearance. Uniforms will be provided.
• Collaborate with Marketing Rep and Owners to develop company strategy

Minimum requirements:

• · Well organized, efficient, energetic, trustworthy, and reliable
• · Oriented to delivering outstanding customer service
• · Comfortable with learning new technology
• · Comfortable with basic math related to our industry
• · Able to lift 70 lbs. or 100 lbs. with help
• · Clean driving record
• · Able to pass background check
• · Open to work on-call rotation to respond to 24/7 restoration calls
• · High school diploma or equivalent
