[Position Summary]
- Work directly under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager assisting all aspects of the production operation.
- Responsible for preparing, making, and packing candies to business needs.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as keeping track of recipes, supply orders, schedules, and updates.
[About You]
- Passion and interest for the food and confectionary industry. Demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast, dynamic, startup environment.
- Meticulous, detail oriented, and organized.
- Have flexibility and a strong work ethic.
- Knows how to communicate and follow directions.
[Qualification]
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, and/or culinary arts preferred.
- Have knowledge of basic math and data entry skills.
- Have reliable transportation.
- The ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- The ability to stand and perform for up to 8 hours a day.
- Must have a Food Handler’s License.
[Work Schedule]
- Part time: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and occasional Saturdays twice per month.
- Up to 8 hours per day (8:30am~5:00pm)
[Compensation]
- $20.00 per hour depending on experience
