JOB: Kinship Case Aide
LOCATION: West Chester, PA
SCHEDULE: New employees will work in person in the office for a 30–60-day period then transition to a hybrid schedule which includes 3 remote working days per week

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is a plus
- Experience in the field of child welfare
- Valid driver's license as well as properly insured and registered vehicle
- Communication and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient with clerical duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Kinship Caseworkers and Kinship Program Coordinator
- The safe and timely transport of clients in care to and from mandated appointments
- Assist children, resource families and offices by delivering and retrieving necessary paperwork
- Serve as a role model for clients in terms of the professional worker
- Report as mandated by the Child Protective Services Law all cases of suspected child abuse and/or neglect within 24 hours
